It is advised that clients avoid swapped or requested links with link farms, as these may harm the Google ranking of their website. We cannot guarantee 100% specific results on any search engine.

Modifications of Agreement

FirstRankology reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made by FirstRankology are effective immediately upon posting on the website. Failure by the client to implement advised changes to pages created or modified by our team will result in immediate cancellation of any guarantees provided.

Content

We reserve the right to modify our website content at any time without prior notice. We may also discontinue or alter our website without notification. Users are not permitted to reuse or copy content from our website without written consent from FirstRankology. We reserve the right to deny any user the ability to reuse content provided by FirstRankology for any reason.

Our Services

Each of our services, including Online Marketing, Web Designing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development, is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are provided to the client prior to commencement of work. Each service is also governed by the Terms of Use applicable during the service period as delivered by our team.

Loss of Service

The company is not liable for any losses, unavailability of files, data damage, misuse of equipment by third parties, communication device failures, or any other services deemed beyond the company’s control.

Manual/Automatic Renewal

Most clients are billed monthly via PayPal or other third-party payment gateways. Some services may require manual renewal, while others are automatic, depending on project requirements. Invoices are due within five (5) business days from the invoice date. Users are responsible for all charges incurred through the use of services provided by FirstRankology according to all signed a
greements.
